CHaps
I am planning on running two seminars this month, on the 16th and the 30th, and another two next month, on the 13th and the 27th.
I would like to know what folk are most interested in, given the whole range of the school system to choose from. As a reminder, but in not an exhaustive list, we could have:
An aspect of Fiore's system (e.g. dagger, or longsword)
an aspect of the syllabus (e.g. the Form, or the drills)
Freeplay preparation
Free Scholars and Class leaders' course
A less often covered style such as sword and buckler, ferret and targe, or smallsword
Maintenance (massage, joint strength training, meditation)
So, what's it to be?

I'd love to join a smallsword seminar on either May 30th or June 27th.

Jukka
From purely selfish POV, I'd be interested in:
- intro to rapier (to get more! people to do it, and to refresh, and to figure out what all has changed in the interpretations lately)
- some more advanced CF stuff, make a pick, but preferably without daggers (or other objects in the left hand)
- rapier syllabus overview
- syllabus class on the drills (specifically for re-beginners who have at some point known some drills but have no clue on the current system)
- longsword form (in the hopes that I'd learn it enough to do it by myself...)
- intro to smallsword
I would also put in rapier freeplay but I fear I'd not be up to it yet.
I could make 30th May, probably 13th June, and possibly-but-unlikely 27th June.
Smallsword seminar indeed would be brilliant! May 16th & June 13th would be best for me atleast. Also if I may suggest is there any chance that the seminar on May 30th could be held instead in May 31th ( Sunday )? Since May 30th is the graduation (YO) day, and it's usually pretty full booked for me atleast :/.
Also a seminar focusing on longsword would be nice.

I put my vote on a smallsword-seminar. Cant really promise to be able to attend, but just in case.
I'd like a smallsword seminar, too.

Preferably in the end of this month, be it 30th or 31st.
I've forwarded this message to the rest of our group. Speaking solely for myself, I'd like some more freeplay prep and 1.33, although I have to admit that a smallsword seminar would make a refreshing change!
As class leader, I'd like if the free scholars/advanced students could have some sort of leader course. As for when these would take place, it's not so important which day.
Kevin.
How does longsword form (11-13.30) and freeplay prep (14.30-17) on the 16th, and rapier 101 (11-13.30) and smallsword 101 (14.30-17) on the 31st (Sunday) sound for a May schedule?

Awesome, count me in.

OK, I think the 31st is set. I'm thinking of switching the stuff on the 16th top the 23rd, to give folks more time to arrange their schedules.
