Beginners' Course March 2nd-April 20th, all welcome

Welcome to the Beginners' Course

The course begins on Tuesday March 2nd at 6pm. Please arrive in time to change into training clothes before the class starts. The doors will be open from 5.30pm- come as early as you like.

You will need:

A white t shirt (not got one? we have them, cost 10e)

dark training trousers (need a new pair? we have them, cost 20e)

indoor training shoes.

The course will run over 8 classes (Tuesdays, March 2nd to April 20th). Beginners are welcome to attend ALL basic classes during this time. The more you come, the faster you learn, and the better value for money you get.

Course costs: 100e. Students, under 18s, unemployed: 80e

The first class is free and without obligation. Payment details etc are handled afterwards for those wishing to continue.
