Beginners' Course begins October 5th 2010

Welcome to the Beginners' Course

The course begins on Tuesday October 5th at 6pm. Please arrive in time to change into training clothes before the class starts. The doors will be open from 5.30pm- come as early as you like.

You will need:

A white t shirt (not got one? we have them, cost 10e)

dark training trousers (need a new pair? we have them, cost 20e)

indoor training shoes.

The course will run over 8 classes (Tuesdays, October 5th to November 23rd). Beginners are welcome to attend ALL basic classes during this time. The more you come, the faster you learn, and the better value for money you get. The course fee also entitles you to continue training until the end of November.

Course costs: 120e. Students, under 18s, unemployed: 90e

The first class is free and without obligation. Payment details etc are handled afterwards for those wishing to continue.
