From Monday January 16th, we will run an intermediate level class in the Helsinki Sallefrom 18.00-19.00. The basic class will shift to 19.00-20.30.

This new class will cover intermediate level material, and students will be expected to be ready to train at 1800: no warm-ups etc. This class will focus on more advanced material such as core mechanics, freeplay preparation, tactics, power generation, etc.
