Vadi Chapter 14

This chapter describes the mezo tempo, which Vadi appears to use to mean the short blows we make from the meza spada crossing. It is critically important that the blow does not leave you open to a strike, and so you must treat as one the parry and strike- in other words keep your weapon between you and your opponent's sword.
